Terms of use
These terms apply to the Site Snag Pro website and apps, provided by Supreme Projects Ltd (company number 16971763, England and Wales). By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. Each licence is for one person. Colleagues can join your company with its join code to share projects, but each person needs their own licence to go beyond the free limits.
Your content
You own the projects, snags, photos, logos and reports you create. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service. Don't upload anything you don't have the right to use, or anything unlawful.
Plans and payments
The free plan includes 1 project and 10 snags of your own. Paid plans bought on our website are charged by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; if you cancel you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Lifetime licences are a one-off payment for the life of the product. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Availability
We work hard to keep Site Snag Pro running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Keep your own copies of reports you need to rely on.
Liability
Site Snag Pro is a tool for recording defects; you remain responsible for inspections, the content of your reports and any decisions made from them. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the app. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
