Privacy policy
Site Snag Pro (the website at sitesnagpro.app and the Site Snag Pro apps for iPhone, iPad and Android) is run by Supreme Projects Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16971763). We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Questions: support@sitesnagpro.app.
What we collect

Card details are never seen or stored by us. Payments made on our website are handled by Stripe.
Camera and photo library
The app asks for access to your camera and photo library only so you can attach photos to snags. It only uses photos you take or pick, and nothing is uploaded until you save a snag.
Who can see your data
Projects and snags belong to a company. Everyone who has joined that company with its join code can see and edit its projects, snags and reports. Reports you create are shared only with the people you choose to send them to.
We use these service providers (processors) to run Site Snag Pro:
- Supabase — database, file storage and sign-in, hosted in London (AWS eu-west-2).
- Stripe — payment processing for purchases on our website.
- Vercel — hosting of the website.
Some of these providers may process limited data outside the UK; where they do, they use safeguards approved under UK data protection law, such as the International Data Transfer Addendum.
Legal basis
We process your data to perform our contract with you (providing the service you signed up for), to meet legal obligations (for example keeping payment records), and for our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account, your sign-in, licence and personal details are deleted straight away, together with any company where you were the only member and all of its projects, snags and photos. Projects in a company that other people still belong to stay with that company. Records of payments are kept by Stripe for as long as tax law requires (normally six years).
Deleting your account
In the app open Settings → Account → Delete my account. If you can't sign in, email support@sitesnagpro.app from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for it in a portable format. Email support@sitesnagpro.app. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Children
Site Snag Pro is a business tool for the construction industry and is not intended for anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page, and tell you in the app if the change is significant.
